I am an experienced griller with over 12-years experience. I would be happy to assist you in your event by providing superior customer service, a professional attitude and preparing delicious BBQ for you. Whether you're planning a party for 10 or 250, I can assist you in creating a great event. I have cooked it all...from your traditional hot dogs and burgers to ribs, chicken, tri-tip, steaks, carne asada, Korean style short ribs, pork loins, lamb, oysters, salmon, shrimp, veggies and corn dogs (yes you can BBQ a corn dog)! I have been hired by many Indian families and have cooked Tandori and Halal meats. Rest assured that all vegetarian options are cooked on a separate part of the grill and separate BBQ tools are used.

Grillaxin recently bbq'd for our HOA Summer BBQ (40+ people) and it was delicious. Henry was on time, very friendly and professional. I purchased all the meat and he took care of the rest (set-up, bbqing and clean-up!). I would definitely hire him again for future events.
